Streaming Director
We are actively looking for multiple Streaming Directors to manage our streaming event operations!
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be in charge of planning, distribution, and tournament management for esports and games related content, which is the core of our business. Under the direction of the producer in the distribution project, you will be responsible for project planning, direction, arrangements, instructions to staff, player management and communication in the tournament operation. You will be in charge of discussing technical details with related parties and deciding on specific conditions.
On a daily basis, you will be involved in multiple or regular delivery tasks. You will be responsible for project management, schedule management, script production, equipment set-up, performer time coordination, meetings with related parties, delivery on the day of the event, and tournament management. Candidates with English speaking skills may also be required to read and write some English, as we also receive distribution from overseas and distribute in Japanese. You will work on various projects under the supervision of the project owner in charge and report on the progress of the work. You may also be required to report on the progress to clients, partners and your department superiors. On the day of delivery, as the person in charge of the day, you will need to check the work progress of your assistants, check items before delivery, and report the progress to the producer.
Must have skills:
Experience in operating a PC and switcher
Experience in Live distribution work such as Youtube, twitch,LINE Live, etc.
Experience in planning, and script production for program production
Native level of Japanese required
Good to have skills:
Experience as a recording engineer for TV broadcasts, sports broadcasts, live music performances, concerts, etc.
Experience as an audio/visual engineer in a theme park, live studio, etc.
Experience as a stage director for events, etc.
Knowledge of camera work, digital mixer and network
Video Switcher operation skills
Driving license
Conversational English is a plus
