Account Manager
We are recruiting to expand operations and looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales & Planning team as an Account Manager to help our growth together.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Become a person in charge of building and maintaining business relationships with partners (clients).
Identifying and building relationships with key influencers in our industry so that we can further penetrate our products and services to other businesses that we do not directly target.
Become a business partner for marketing solutions for partner companies
Budget formulation and implementation of sales and marketing plans
Creating estimates and issuing invoices after project completion
Sponsorship acquisition sales
Participate in regular client meetings to deepen relationships with clients
Performing and managing analysis to ensure ongoing partnership with clients after a project/campaign
Must have skills:
4+ years of experience as an account manager in games, media, advertising agencies, etc.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must have sales experience and ability to build and maintain business and customer relationships in the market.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach, ability to multitask, and creative thinking in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Those who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and teamwork
Fluent Japanese
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good to have skills:
English skills / Able to communicate in English at the meeting with clients.
